If you have any accessibility, dietary, religious, or other requests or requirements, please enter them in the relevant section of the registration form. The conference has some funds available to provide accessibility equipment or personnel in addition to the site’s permanent facilities, if required. Those wishing to make such a request should indicate this at their earliest possible convenience, and preferably no later than 5th June. Organizers will do their best to meet all requests, but this will be more feasible for those made before this date. Any information entered in this section will be treated confidentially. Information on the venue's accessibility features is available here (the conference will be in Workroom 1, on the ground floor): http://www.disabledgo.com/access-guide/university-of-sheffield/diamond-29
Limited funds are available to help cover accommodation and subsistence expenses for post-graduate attendees. (NB: This fund does not cover travel costs.) If you are a post-graduate research student and wish to be considered for these, please tick the appropriate box on the registration form. Original receipts will be required to dispense payment. Proof of student status and indication of financial need may be requested.
Limited funds are available to assist with attendees' caregiving arrangements (e.g. childcare, senior support, disability support) for the dates of the conference. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form to indicate you wish to make a claim. Original receipts will be required to dispense payment.
